Firefighters in Rancho Cordova, California, responded to a report of a grass fire near US-50 and Sunrise Blvd but were initially unable to locate the blaze. Crews expanded their search to nearby areas, including camps under the overpass and the northbound side of the freeway.

Firefighters have been unable to locate the grass fire and are canceling additional resources.

Engine 65, 365 is getting back off on Sunrise. We'll go back over on the northbound side of the freeway in our typical transient areas.
