Alright, we got the fire department going to 932 Simpson, 932 Simpson, floor 2, for a building fire. Started out as a landlord-tenant complaint. The landlord's on location, found the tenant with electrical hookup illegal. The electrical block outside is sparking. It had a trash bag over it.
