Lucinda I was driving behind that jeep and the van did not run the light. Van was already in the intersection completing the turn onto 87th and the jeep thought he was gunna beat everyone in front of him. So he jumped into the right turn lane to cut everyone off to be in front at a high rate of speed and T-boned the van.
