Black male, black shirt, dark pants, carrying a baseball bat, throwing it around at people. 2200 South, 1 West. 128, 2200 South West. 127, Somerset and Morris. 855 at 1345. It's going to be a Hispanic male, gray hoodie, gray pants that has a pistol in his pants. The complainant advised he's repeatedly reaching for it but hasn't pulled it out or pointed it. He's standing outside of location.
