A caller reporting a male subject and a 3-year-old youth riding on an electric bike without helmets. It's going to be a WMA, black shirt and jeans with a black electric bike. And the juvenile is going to be a WMJ with a white t-shirt, last seen riding in front of the caller's residence on Brighman.
