All units, 10-23, 10-65 pullover from signal 12. Last seen estimated for a 28 9th Street East. Complaintant states male was going off the road. Complaintant pulled camera out and subject pulled his out and tried following the complainant. Signal 12 is a red Lexus car. 10-37 is a black male, pretty young in age. Last seen headed northbound on 9th Street.
