It's a family dollar, 1821 East Michigan off of Utah. There was a customer inside being disrespectful and threatening. It's a Black male, unknown clothing, but caller has video. No longer in the store, but not sure if he's still around. They do believe he's possibly the owner of Smoke Gallery across the street.
