124, that 4001 at 4343 Travis Street, it's at the apartment number of 15. Coms reported that a male was standing by the dumpsters at the location watching her and was masturbating. The comp fled on foot back to her apartment. She said that she'll be waiting inside the unit 15, and she does want to meet with an officer. The suspect was a Black male. He was last seen wearing a black shirt with pink tight shorts.
