Im the one who helped report the fire and found out what was going on. Apparently guy in 503 is not mentally okay and he was the one who also reported the gunshots. he blocked the door with a fridge and then jumped down to the balcony on the 4th floor from the 5th
Lord have mercy... They need to contact his Case Manager or the police to put a hold on him so he can get medicated
