Riverton 23 and 22 for a possible drug problem. 23. 23 and 22. It's going to be 12120 South 1300 West. The complainant lives nearby. He's reporting a male with a lighter possibly doing drugs in the church pavilion. 30 to 40-year-old white male wearing black clothing. Is not seeing what's being lit, just seeing the flame every once in a while and covering his head with a shirt. Nothing further.
