10-37, 511 East Jefferson Street, signal 8, signal 59, and a white service van in the alley behind R&M Resale. 59 advises the owner stated there was a newer white Chevy Camaro that was occupied by two, last seen southbound on 8th and then westbound on Madison. The 59 confronted them as to why they were in the alley. Thinks they were going to 52. When they were confronted, they left.
