2177, UPH 11. You're going 105 East Webster Street for a 58, 5'8-year-old male. Fell out of his wheelchair. My caller said that he attempted to help him earlier, but he refused. Then the caller went to the grocery store and came back and he's still on the ground. It'll be the parking lot off 2nd Avenue on the sidewalk between two buildings. The caller said you should be standing outside the point and not see him.
