Attention fire department, have a still box on fire tag 203 and box 4005 at 14199 North IH 35, Service Road northbound, building 2. This appears to be the Vineyard Apartments, Engine 40 and Ladder 40. Both units show to be responding. Caller initially called and said that she could hear an alarm going off down the hallway, opened the door to a possible individual with a history of ETOH, stumbling with smoke coming out of the apartment, stating that
