MedVal 81 and 84 for a hit-and-run just occurred. 81. 84. It's going to be 240 East, 7390 South. Time-lapse is going to be one minute. The complainant's advising that somebody ran into their vehicle and then got out of their vehicle and started running down the street. It's going to be two 17 to 18-year-old Black males, last seen wearing black hoodies. They were last seen westbound.
