We have a hazard, Dumar Way Southwest and Southwest Orchard. There's an individual that's pulling a large tree branch into the roadway. That branch is still attached to the tree, and they also tied a string on it and are pulling it. White male, 40s, 5'8 to 5'9", blonde hair, wearing a vest, no shirt. Dumar Way Southwest and Southwest Orchard.
