Attention all Dublin units, broadcast for suspicious circumstances, southbound 680, just north of 84. Suspect vehicle is a blue Toyota Corolla, 20 of 16, Frank Boy 622. That 29 is cleared to a 2012 Toyota 420 at a San Jose. Suspect vehicle driver is a Hispanic male, tall, and was pointing a green laser at the victim vehicle, time 3. Victim vehicle is a 2013 red Honda CR-V. Victim advised that the suspect vehicle was following lane changes and driving himself.
