4257, verbal disturbance in progress. 4257. 5300 Reading Road, apartment 1. Complaintant's ex took her keys. The suspect is a Rigger Freeman, male, black, 57 years old, all black clothing. Said he left location going towards Quick Stop, and the complainant is following the suspect, but was advised not to do so. 4257. 4257, I copy. Are they on foot or in a vehicle?
