51 Bravo copy, 53 Alpha to back. 51 Bravo. 53 Alpha, 13 and 19. Coming in as a check welfare, but possibly sounds like a person down. Does second Ave Northeast and Bayshore Drive Northeast. 2 and Bayshore Northeast. There's an unknown subject that appears to be passed out. Unknown if rescue is needed. They're on the sidewalk by the museum. No weapons. Alpha, we took one of the calls.
