It is stating that the suspect is on scene, possibly upstairs, and it also says they do have an authorized occupant in there, which is her 20-year-old son.

It's actually coming in as a burglary. It's not saying it's in progress. It's 2029 East Baltimore Street. The caller did say someone is trying to break into her house. The suspect attempt entry via from the upstairs could be a behavioral, from upstairs, drilling through the floor.
