10-25 at 1332 Ruth Street, cross of Edward Street. Reference to a 10-37 vehicle. Caller advising there's going to be a white car, possibly a Toyota Corolla parked on the grass like they're trying to hide from something. No lights on. The caller is viewing it from their ring camera. Didn't see anyone out with it. It's going to be parked on the corner by the A building. Unknown 28.
