He has a knife on his waist, smoking 237 David and got upset when the complainant took out his 21 to video him. The male had threatened to 451 him as he got out of the vehicle and tried to reach through the window to grab him, but didn't. The subject is now inside the store, and the complainant is worried about the safety of others. No one for contact at 1657. Is there a unit to follow?
