Lincoln 950. Go ahead. 400 South 6. 400 South 6. We're at the parking ramp. Meet with George. Black male, 5'6", dreadlocks, wearing a blue shirt, sorry, black shirt, blue jeans, and a black backpack has been checking cars on the ramp. Caller arrived approximately 10 minutes ago. Male did walk out of the ramp but walked towards Firestone. Caller believes he's waiting for her caller to leave. And they do have video.
