32, this is going to be at 4717 Rocky River Drive at Unit A. Female caller states that she saw her male neighbor assaulting his possible sister. States the male is on house arrest, and he was seen choking the female. Male is a Curtis, Black male, light complexion, no shirt and shorts. And the victim is going to be a Black female, light complexion, wearing unknown clothing description. CAD's going to be 7863. Charlie 360, radio.
