A disturbance, intoxicated party outside the Marriott downtown, 100 East Noddaga Street, 103 East Noddaga, between South Lyon and South Warren. Caller's Day Kwan Kovner, which is to me is security there. Reported an intoxicated male screaming outside of there. Report that the male then fell and is laying on the ground still screaming. No weapons seen. The 40s unknown race, male, wearing a black shirt, black jeans, 1848.
