Caller is a witness. Five ago, there was an unknown age black male outside. Nine, white shirt, black pants. Was verbal outside with a 60s-year-old white male, white shirt. They shoved some carts, and the black male last seen walked off northbound. The white male is still inside. 233, North 48, super saver. Medic 6 at west. West received, 1739.
