34. It'll be the interchange, Cypress to Market. Sounds like we have two RPs now. Advising there's a female jumping in and out of the roadway southbound on South Market Street with a suitcase, yelling and screaming as if someone was chasing her. They're advising they're not seeing anybody around. However, it's a WFA, dark blonde, brownish hair, white long t-shirt, wearing pants, a suitcase, and a purse. They believe she's possibly having mental health issues or 11-5.
