Caller is a Kathy Baltusko, regarding a Joseph Topolsky, 30-year-old white male, took merchandise from one of the trucks out back. He's wearing unknown clothing. He's last seen heading towards Aldi's. They do desire prosecution. No known weapons, possibly intoxicated. Male half is showing possible 505, South 3.
