Driver was crying. I hope these boys aren’t allowed back on those bikes.
Update: someone hit or was hit by some little boys on e-bikes. I’m talking 10-13 year olds riding these bikes. Parents need to stop allowing their kids to have these bikes before theyre even 15 years old.
