In the area of Summit Hills Country Club, 236 Dudley, 236 Dudley. We're on Dudley, 50 yards before the Summit entrance on the right near the high bushes. Callers saw a subject sitting with their head down, crying, very close to the road, wearing a black hoodie and long pants. Unknown if it was a male or a female, but they had long hair. It'll be on the right if you're coming from the police department.
