North portal units, pull over a signal 12 vehicle, Tamiamy Trail and Welland Park Boulevard. Caller was only able to describe the vehicle as a black, smaller, possibly SUV, unknown tag, who used the turn lane to go straight on River Road instead of turning. Complainant advising the vehicle was last seen turning onto Welland Park Boulevard, can no longer see the vehicle and does not need contact.
