1001 Allen Street, immediate complainant, it's a Black male, 43 years of age, wearing a blue shirt. States his iPad and MacBook were stolen online four hours ago. He's tracked them to this address just a few blocks away. He wants to stand by while he tries to retrieve them. He also has suspect text messages with the person who took the iPad. 1001 Allen Street.
