Medic 49 and Engine 44 to respond on a medical, cross of Cedar and Jolly. South Cedar, East Jolly. It's going to be on Cedar, south of Jolly, for a male in a wheelchair in the middle of the roadway, slumped over, did not appear to be conscious. They say he's going to be in front of the U-Haul. Center's clear. It is 1655. This is Engine 41, it's on scene.
