Investigation, possible welfare case, St. Mary's Catholic Church, 206 Cherry Northeast. 206 Cherry Northeast. I had a female call in stating that there was somebody laying in a parking lot at this location. My caller was talking in circles, was also mentioning a bird, didn't know who it belonged to. She disconnected before I could get further information.
