Just an update on this. So, the juvenile was walking from school. As he was crossing on Kennedy and Wade, he was bit by a pit bull. It did not break skin. Mom is RMAing for him at this time. They can't identify the guy with the dog. Supposedly, he lives at 121 Wade. Just notify the boss, please.
