Roseville units, we have a welfare check coming in at 16686 Eastland. 16686 Eastland. Caller's a passerby, noticed an elderly female that appeared to be passed out on her porch. Helped her inside because she was too confused. Was visibly injured to her face, bruising and bleeding. She did not want an ambulance. Caller did state that she claimed someone else was in the home with her.
