1 Paul 1, IC, you can disregard for now, it looks like one of their bucket trucks was pulled up. 1 Paul 1, 10-9. You can disregard that phone call for now, it looks like a bucket truck just pulled up. I'm assuming they're going to be here for the light. 26.

and then people are running the light into head-on traffic. There's also a construction crew that was digging and paving along the right southbound shoulder today, so I don't know if they're the ones that caused the problem or not. 26, I will call them back. 4, thank you. I apologize. No problem.

1 Paul 1, I see. 1 Paul 1. I know that they haven't given any ETA, but can you advise them they're going to need to fix this light or they're going to have to put up D2 or signs because we're not going to be able to stay here? 26, I can call them back. Can you advise exactly what it's doing? Is it flashing or is it just stuck? It's cycling with the exception of the southbound 41 to turn eastbound on to University. The arrows won't go from red to green during the cycles at all. Copy.
