Okay, it's 4279 Rocky River Drive. Brandon called in, advised there's a white female walking past. She was being followed by a phone with a new liquor bottle. She's a white female wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans. The male is a black male, bald, wearing a black jacket, white shirt and blue jeans. CAD is 7530.
