1221, break any units on a traffic complaint, eastbound Thomas Lane from South Foothills Highway. It's a dark gray Hyundai hatchback, out of state, partial plate, Nora 71. Went through red light, full speed, passed in turn lane, RP's not willing, air to 1221.
