1st Avenue at East 34th. 1st at East 34th, there at the church parking lot. RP says he thought that he saw a Black male and a Black female in a fight, yelling at each other. Black male was wearing a black shirt and, correction, Black female was wearing a black shirt. Black male was wearing white shoes. Says this was about 15 minutes ago. If you could check the area, see if it's still going on.
