Brittany Apartments, 1218 Sweeney Drive. Manager from there calling saying there's a guy standing between the Brittany Apartments and Cedar Crest, acting strange, appears to be talking to himself, throwing fists in the air and pointing at the street for the past 30 minutes. Described as a white male, 5'10", late 30s, wearing a green hoodie and tan hands, and has a bottle of something in his hand.
