We have a request for a check the welfare in the 1300 block of Harper Road at Thayer and Beckley. The caller advised that there was a male and female walking down the road. The female was overheard saying that the male was harassing her. Stated that they could hear the male cursing at the female. Stated the subjects seemed like they don't know each other. Unknown descriptions. Occurred approximately three minutes ago.
