Air 16, approximately 4 to 6 suspects cutting wires from the power pole in the rear alley to the rear of 2355 Scarf Avenue. Approximately 34 suspects wearing black masks, black or dark blue jackets with bikes. Cutting wires with possible scissors. Air 16.

Southwest units, additional on your vandalism. Suspects are now in 203 and 60 Portland Street. We have an additional PR calling from 2355 Scarf Street. Suspects are to the rear of the location in the alley towards 23rd Street. Three to four suspects, male unknown, wearing black ski mask, black or dark blue jackets, with bikes cutting the pole wires in the area, possibly with scissors.
