Crime Intel to radio. Go ahead. I'm currently monitoring 13601 West McNichols. The subject causing a disturbance is a Black male who's wearing a black jacket and is wearing a pair of binoculars. He also has a loose dog with him. I spoke with staff. They stated that he is stopping them from being able to do any work outside and is threatening harm to staff. Okay, copy. 531.
