It's going to be at the Starbucks, South Main, 1186 South Main Street, cross of West End, Joaquin and East End. It's a female in a light blue BMW, last three on the plate, 012, passed out. Caller didn't know if she was sleeping, intoxicated, or on H&S. They've knocked on the window, and she's not responding. They think she may be breathing, but they're not sure. She's about 30 to 40 years old.
