Attention Engine 3, illegal control burn, Sycamore Point Apartments, 521 Pioneer Avenue, in the playground area, cross of Spring Lake Court, map page 51. RP's advising possible arson. There was a white female adult starting a fire in the middle of the playground. We're still getting further. PD not yet en route.
