Adam North, information pending a theft just occurred at Target, 2925 Harrison Ave Northwest. Male subject running through the parking lot, stole a man's clothing, jeans, sweatpants, and shoelaces. Described as a Black male, roughly 25, white sweatshirt, says Hollister on it, a white t-shirt underneath, black pants, carrying a Macy's bag. Information pending, 8256. 22. 14.
