Negative. Vehicle causing serious traffic, or causing a serious traffic complaint. Last seen at 62 Bates Street, between Bates Street Ramp and Boulevard of the Allies. It's a white Ford with a right fender, dully ripped off. PA registration, Romeo Tango 25463. The vehicle was all over the roadway, drove down the middle of the tunnel, got off the Oakland exit of Front Row.
