This is going to be an assault for 16800 Lakeshore Boulevard, 16800 Lakeshore Boulevard. The leaseholder at 522 and Annette Williams was assaulted by the leaseholder at 518 in the elevator. Female advised the guard that the leaseholder strangled her inside of the elevator. I'm going to contact EMS to have them en route as well.
