17 with OSD, 80 North 2nd Street, Frankfurt. 80 North 2nd Street, Frankfurt. They located that polo we put out for the hit-and-run vehicle. There was a male subject in the driver's seat. As the trooper was pulling up and going to make contact, the male subject closed the garage door. OSD is wanting us to attempt contact with them. Copy.
