Emergency 1 broadcasting a one priority welfare check possible intoxicated driver, 733 East Hollywood across the Broadway. It's going to be a 2010 gray Jeep, license plate 9, Frank, Mary, Sam, 141. RP's advising it's going to be parked in the parking lot at this location. Driver's a White male in his 50s, and advising that the male was pumped over at one point behind the wheel. It took them about 5 minutes to knock you out the window to get the male's attention. He seems disoriented. He's been there about 10 to 15 now. Frank 23 en route.
